Wish I read the reviews first. The prices at Fox were better so I booked a standard SUV for a trip to Phoenix. I didn't mind that the rental car pickup was a short ride from the airport. Check in was fine. They share a desk area with a couple of other car rental companies but the line for Fox was super short. The car I got was old, beat up and outdated. There was external body damage that I noted, that didn't bother me. However, there was not bluetooth so I couldn't get direction through the sound system - which is a must when driving in a new city. The A/C barely worked but I didn't know that until the next day and didn't want to take the time to drive back and get a different car. And there was a terrible thumping noise when on the freeway. The car had 42k miles and seems like it needs to be taken out of the rental fleet.
