  • DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! We hired this company to service our residential pool. After heavy winds, Reese complained to our landlord about leaves in the pool. We tried to cover the pool to help prevent leaves from entering the pool however Reese told us the following week that it was too large of a liability for him to roll the pool cover off. We fired this company when after another heavy wind, we woke up to our gate slamming shut and to find pool tools abandoned on the pool deck, leaves still in the pool, and a rake strategically placed by the water hose (suggesting we rake; the leaves come from a neighbor's yard, not ours.) Furthermore, Reese improperly treats the pool chemicals; he only uses shock in the pool weekly, instead of using chlorine tablets in addition to the shock. Don't let the nice first impression fool you, this pool company doesn't like cleaning pools. Why are they in business?
