  • It's hard to understand how this operation could get more than one star. It takes 4-7 hours to get fingerprinted! That's the norm. I was lucky--it only took me 4.5 hours my second time around (the first time, I waited an hour and had to leave.) Do they allow appointments to respect our time (as the DMV does)? No! Do they let you know your position in line? No! If you miss your number when called (e.g. you happen to be in the bathroom), will they then accept you when you emerge? No--you must get another ticket and start the 4-hour wait all over again. Do they provide WiFi so you can get work done while waiting? No. Are there vending machines given the long wait times? No. Are you sensing a theme? That theme is disregard. Complete and utter disregard for Las Vegans. Since there is no excuse for any of the challenges imposed on us, I am left wondering why the Sheriff despises us so much. It's perplexing. The staff was courteous--it's just the management that needs to go.
