  • If you're the kind of person who can tolerate inept service, this is your place. You will have to consistently call them because you won't get any status. After you do hear back, they'll tell you they need to keep your car. This will happen over the course of multiple days....each day. Better not need your car. If you mention the barrage of horrible reviews they'll tell you 'ya, I know....'. The service manager is in way over his head, and the GM allows it. Best of luck if you still go after reading this, and all the similar reviews!!!!!
