  • We visiting on Opening Night (June 9) and LOVED it!!! I honestly don't know what I can possibly say that hasn't already been said so I will keep it short and to the point. This place ROCKS! I'm not a golfer and still thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The food is excellent, they have a great drink menu and the atmosphere is fun and fabulous! We had the pleasure of dining on the second floor and then drinking/playing on the third floor and both of our BayHosts were outstanding (Vanessa on the 2nd fl and Kyle L on the 3rd fl). They were both incredibly friendly and attentive. They knew the menu, made perfect recommendations, and they're engaging personalities genuinely made the whole experience that much better. My husband and I had the Hummus appetizer, a burger, and chicken nachos and we loved it all. Everything was served hot and fresh and was seasoned perfectly. We also had an opportunity to spend some time at the rooftop bar and the bar staff was also fantastic! They were just as entertaining as they were friendly. I was DD for the night so I only nursed a couple of Sangrias for my entire time there, but my husband had a few diff beers and another drink. Next time, he will be DD so I can get one of their signature Golf Bag drinks! Everyone was raving about them! One thing that my husband and I consistently noticed and commented on a number of times is how much the employee truly seem to like their jobs and enjoy working there. As CRAZY busy as the place was and the demand that was put on the staff, everyone that we came into contact with embraced the madness and passed along their excitement to the customers. Kudos to Top Golf for bringing this fun establishment to Charlotte and for obviously going out of your way to make it a fun and pleasant work experience for your employees. BTW...I can't wait to go back to try the breakfast menu!
