  • Just got back my bike from this shop. The guy that I spoke with twice today. Put me off twice saying it hadn't been ridden and checked out yet he would call me right back. Never got a call. Went in to pick it up and amazingly it was ready. They put brand new serf as grips on the bike and they are totally dirty because he never cleaned his hands before he rode the bike. I was so fed up with this shop I just took the bike home will clean it myself. I should have gone to Adventure Bike they are farther away but always professional. Won't go back to that Bike Masters Store. This wasn't just grip replacement this was $236 tuneup and repairs.
