  • I guess this place is fine if you have no idea about photography and don't care about being treated like garbage. I have been in here 2 times trying to pick up equipment I couldn't find at other stores, and pick up a lens I rented. The first time I called ahead to see if they had the equipment I wanted (after calling every other store), the man on the phone said that they did indeed have what I was looking for (studio equipment). However, when I got to the store the owner told me that he didn't know what I was talking about with one of the items and didn't have the other in stock. He did have another part I was looking for, but couldn't find it until I actually pointed it out to him. When he told me the price I was floored, it was double what I would pay anywhere else. I ended up getting the part online and it was still about half the price he was charging, even with overnight shipping. If you can, avoid this place like the plague. Very rude customer service, insanely high prices, and incompetent employees.
