  • I tried Nails & Spa for the first time today. Upon walking in the door, I was greeted immediately. For a Friday morning, I was prepared to wait a bit, but I was taken to a spa chair right away. There were several clients, but enough technicians were available, so there was no waiting. The facility was neat and clean; and all of the equipment appeared to be in good repair. I was given a menu of spa services (with prices) so I could select the type of pedicure I desired. My technician was friendly and cheerful. She had good communication skills; and she was always checking to make sure she wasn't hurting me. She did a nice job of cleaning up my neglected feet and my polish job looks great! I was given adequate time in the spa chair for my nails to dry; and I was thanked for coming by more than one employee when I left. I will definitely be returning to Nails & Spa. They act like they appreciate your business!
