  • I purchased all my appliances from Spencers and when they delivered the refrigerator, which they had measured the opening, the refrigerator did not fit so they took it back to the store. A week later a smaller refrigerator, that would fit the opening, was delivered. There was over a $600 difference in price and the salesman promised me a refund. It has been 5 weeks since I received the smaller refrigerator was delivered, and I have NOT received my refund. I've called each week and have been promised it was "in the mail" --- NO check has been sent and I'm completely frustrated. I cannot recommend doing business with this store.
