I went into Apple at 1030 am on a Wednesday and honestly any believe how terrible the customer service is! I was told I could return for the only available appointment at 540. This was not N option for me, so he said I could be a walk in and that would take 20-40 minutes but I would get text three times to let me know when a tech is ready to help me. I waited an hour and got my text they were ready for me to register. I registered and was told someone would be with me soon. I waited another 20 minutes only to be told there was still 4 people in front of me. No idea why I was text to register and be back in the store to wait another possibly hour! There was 21 staff (that were present in the main area) and many just standing around talking to each other! There were more staff in the store then customers! This is NOT helpful at all to the customer. I had 4 different staff direct me to some one and some place else- seems like a lot of unnecessary staff and not enough people to actually help fix the problem! I'm sure if I told them I wanted to spend money I would have had help within minutes- doesn't seem that Apple cares that much about existing customers with problems!
