  • **WARNING** If you need to have a lab work done, and they recommend their in-house laboratory Southwest Laboratory... please say NO! This laboratory will run tests you didn't authorize and they will file a claim with your insurance and collect payment. And if your insurance doesn't cover those tests because they are not preventative, you are out of luck, the lab will bill you and collect money from you. This laboratory collected a total of $3200+ between the insurance company and our HRA account for lab work we didn't need nor asked for. We have a health reimbursement account insurance and they depleted our funds!!! We filed a complaint and they said they will reverse everything. It's been 3 months and nothing!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEIR IN-HOUSE LABORATORY!!!
