  • Brought my nieces (3 year olds) here on Easter weekend. While I expected absolute chaos, the place is staffed by very kind employees who clearly have to deal with lots of grabby, entitled children - yet somehow maintain patience. There were some sales going on, including half price gift cards, so that was nice. The "bathtub" for washing new stuffed animals wasn't working, but my nieces were too excited to notice.
