  • I was a good regular customer who had also consigned here. When my son was getting out of the Army and needed civilian clothes I went to Turnstyle. I asked if I could return if they did not fit. The clerk said just to not take the tags off. As you can imagine, we have been really busy. Today I took 1 shirt back. I had the receipt snd had not removed the tag. I was told that I had missed the return date, and they would not let me return the shirt even for store credit. Very bad business if they are willing to loss a regular customer over a shirt that cost less then $10. The clerk also made me wait for 5 minutes while she took a phone call. Then after the call she said she would not take the return. Very Bad Customer Service.
