  • My family came here on Oct 30th with my father who drove across the country to visit. They were not busy, there were only a few tables seated throughout the restaurant. We were seated outside, chips and salsa were brought promptly. We sat there for 25 minutes waiting for service. A server named Will noticed about 10 minutes in and promised to find our server for us. Another 10 minutes passed and I went to let the hostesses know that we hadn't even been greeted yet. At the 25 minute mark a table was seated next to us and were immediately greeted by Cassie, who I can only assume was our server since she was waiting on every seated table around us. She made eye contact with members of my family several times but never acknowledged us. At this point we decided to leave and stood up. Again, Will noticed and began profusely apologizing. He talked us into staying, immediately brought drinks, took our orders, and discounted everything. He is the only reason Valle Luna has any of our money, and they won't be getting anymore of it. The food is underwhelming, and aside from Will, the service is terrible.
