This restaurant is a true act of craftsmanship and love. The owner, Mo, was born in the U.S. but like all great immigrant restaurant owners learned the secrets from his family and is committed to the process of excellence. As an example, he gets up each morning to bake his own bread to make sure it tastes just right, and imported his baking oven from Pakistan for extra measure. He also decorated the place with his own furnishings from the region.
I got the Chicken Shawarma Fries plate. Fantastic fusion food, mixing Pakistani-American traditions. This dish flowed with rich flavors of grilled chicken, herbs, onions, humus and yogurt sauce and was served w/ homemade pita bread - a full meal! Was not disappointed and will be coming back.
