  • I visited Vegas for the weekend and stayed over at the Palazzo. Saturday night came rolling around and I was craving for some boba. Luckily, Kung Fu Tea was just a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. First things first, the service was INCREDIBLE! I cannot stress how amazing Vanessa was. Boba places usually have different levels of sweetness, so I asked the cashier a bunch of questions about it. I ended up settling for the Mango Green Tea with 70% sugar. Initially when I first got the drink, the green tea tasted really funky--bitter with barely any mango flavoring. I asked Vanessa if she could make it slightly sweeter and she gladly adjusted my drink with liquid sweetener. The second time around it still tasted strange...I didn't feel like I got my $5 worth, and Vanessa offered to add more mango syrup to it. Finally after the third time, I just asked if I was able to switch to a different drink--Yogurt Green Tea (which was 10/10 - I highly recommend). She gave it to me free of charge even though there was a price difference. I am beyond impressed by Vanessa's excellent customer service and patience when making and remaking my drink. Definitely will be coming back when I visit Vegas again!
