Lovely old-fashioned ice cream parlor decor, delicious ice cream treats, more-than-generous portions. Sweet Moses was the perfect addition to the burgeoning Gordon Square neighborhood. While it does get crowded on warm summer evenings, it truly is worth the wait.
All ice cream is house-made and the scoops are big. Try the Bananas Foster and the Coffee. Together. Do it. But make sure you share with someone, maybe two someones, because otherwise you might not survive. That is not totally a bad thing.
Besides ice cream treats, Sweet Moses also offers homemade candies, peanut butter sandwiches (including a Fluffernutter!) and homemade popcorn. The caramel corn is eat-it-til-you're-absolutely-sick good. I know this because I've done it.
