rev:text	This is not a good place to go, where I go now is so much better...I had given up on physical therapy, now I know the difference. I had pool therapy, they just let you go side by side in the pool with no assistance, no direction. Your on your own. The pool gets crowded where you can't go "side by side", you have to move because others are doing what your doing. The gym is also crowded, small, and the equipment looks old and dated. The women's bathroom is nasty, the shower is gross, and moldy looking. The carpet in there is disgusting and looks full of germs. My therapist Bernie was nice but continued to mistake me for a Medicaid patient and continued to reference that. There is nothing wrong with those that need it, but when you don't have it you don't want to hear that. I only saw him every four or so visits when he would stop by the pool for 2 minutes ask how I'm doing along with his other patients. I decided to continue my therapy after about 8 months so I tried another place. It is like night and day! The therapy pool is made for one person, there is a assistant there with you directing your exercises, it has a treadmill in the pool, and a camera and TV screen where you and the assistant can see your movement under the water. After the pool you see your therapist who massages your areas of distress, stretches you out and works with your condition. They also recommended the gym where again the assistant is working with you on exercises.Kelly Hawkins did not take the time to consider me for the gym, they are simply incompetent. If your like me and did not know what to expect I hope this helps. But you do not want to go to Kelly Hawkins...they are pretty sad.
