  • Well unfortunately I cant give one of my favorite spots for wings and pizza 5 stars. Have to take off 2 stars due to the bad service. I have been here several times ( I am a local) and always enjoy the happy hour wings actually being a local I must admit these are the best wings in town. Also they have pretty good pizza too. Service at a restaurant is #1 in my point of view. Without good service and only good food its like a pretty face with no teeth...lol best way I can describe it. Good service is an absolute MUST. Makes the whole point of going out to eat worth it. Otherwise if I want just good food I can stay home and cook for that. My family and I had horrible service but an amazing meal. If only we could tip the chef. Gerardo (our server) seemed rushed, uninterested in being there, and had zero personality. Guests at resturants want to at least feel welcomed. Don't get me wrong maybe he had a bad day or had personal stuff going on, but don't bring your issues to work with you and give people that are spending money and helping to pay your bills bad service. Ever! My husband is in the hospitality industry in town which makes it that he is aware that good service is highly important. Good service deserves good tips. I wish I didn't have to leave a review like this cause I love Napoli's but if someone doesn't point things out in businesses thats how things go unnoticed and never fixed. Thank you Napoli for the amazing food. I really hope next time we come service is just as amazing as the food.
