  • Worst customer service by far! Cancelled my membership last month with them and was LIED to because they still decided to keep and charge my account this month. When called about it a young girl said that "no refund will be applied since your account is still active". The front desk will do absolutely anything to avoid you and not to mention this was the location someone was stabbed in the parking lot! I am beyond upset with this fitness club and will never return.
