  • Wow! I was on co conference while at this restaurant. Therefore we had a set menu. First off the wait staff is really good and nice. They were never over bearing but made sure they checked in with us. The hostess was also very good, always informed and if they didn't know they would find out. I ordered from a set menu - griddle cakes, chicken, vanilla gelato. Just very good. The portions were larger than average and the flavours were very balanced and flavourful. No one complained about anything. The food was prepared fresh as you can see the open kitchen that it's prepared from. The quality of the ingredients elevated the foods. Very impressed for resort food, it was an experience parallel to a chef restaurant. This restaurant is consistent and just a really great dining experience.
