  • Purchased a new pair of shoes and a ring yesterday and went back to return the next day for a smaller size and received nothing but attitude and poor customer service. My wife ankle is broken and she was having a hard time trying the shoes on and the shoes were not worn. The manager insisted the shoes were wore because the toe had a wrinkle in it. Serious? For the amount of money you spend you would think they would have better return policy (only trying to get the right size) and better customer service. I will be taking my business back to Gucci where I have always shopped and where they treat all their customers with respect and the return policy is great.
