  • I'm a long time client of the Blue Cross Animal Hospital (20 years) and my pets have always been treated well, but most recently during a crisis with my young dog I reached a new level of gratefulness and appreciation at the level of compassion and professionalism I experienced by the Veterinarians and support staff there. My dog was seriously injured and traumatized, and frankly so was I from 48 hours of searching for him in the wilderness. Regardless, I called them from out of town to say we were on our way and even though we didn't have an appointment they made the time and spent hours taking care of all our needs. When I called the next day to say we'd had a rough night and needed a review and extra support, no problem, they made time and the next night was better. I could not have asked for more from any caring professional and I know I will be seeing more of this team over the next several weeks. If this is the quality of care you wish for your K-9 or feline companion, look no further.
