One of the best 360 views in Vegas! Best viewing is from dusk and beyond when you can watch the city lights up like a Christmas tree as the night sets in.
It reminded me SO much of the Signature Lounge on the 96th in Chicago's Hancock Building with it's designated elevator that speeds you to the top and a restaurant one floor below that rotates. I was worried it would be super busy during happy hour, from 4-7pm, but surprisingly it wasn't. The main bar area was the busiest but there were plenty of tables to choose from all along the perimeter with great views.
Happy hour was half off appetizers and 2-4-1 martinis. I ordered a chocolate martini under the happy hour special and in no time I was seeing double. The happy hour simply doubles whatever flavor martini you order, so if you order two different martini's you'd end up with 4 cocktails. Talk about classy double fistin' that had me seeing DOUBLE. Martini's are normally $14.
Not only is the view amazing after dark, they have a live band that adds to the classy atmosphere.
