| - Meh..is right,
We were craving seafood and lobster rolls, so as a good yelper would do, searched for the opinion of my fellow local yelpers.Well.... lets start with the positive, the Oysters were fresh, we ordered half RI and half Canadian oysters and were pretty good,(pricey $24 for 12)
Now,maybe lobster rolls from new england are just too superb that I can't find anything that tastes as fresh and as good as the ones from up north, forgive me if I'm being too critical, I'm just providing my honest opinion.
Lure's lobster rolls were a little fishy for my taste, they had cucumber instead of celery and no mayo, the fries were crisp and super fried, and came along with a house blue cheese side that could use a little more consistency, it was too watery, I had to ask the waiter what it was once he told me a realized ahh yes blue cheese. My 13 year old ordered a burger and said it was pretty good, and looked like it was cooked to his liking.
Service was ok, the atmosphere was ok, it looks like they renovated the place a little from the previous Cosmos, they still have a DJ on the weekends.not sure I would dine there again, if I go back I would just stay in the oyster bar for a drink and fresh oysters.
