  • I had an interesting experience with A-Team. My headboard fell over and snapped in half during disassembly. However, I commend them for taking full responsibility and offering to replace it asap. I felt bad for the guy, because it would have cost more than what he gets paid for an entire day of work. So I told him that it was ok and I would just buy a new one. He then offered take it back to the office and attempt to fix it. They did an awesome job repairing the headboard and brought it back to my new house. The -1 star is for speed. Yes, they are half the cost of all the other movers, but they took a really really long time to move. I had minimal furniture and everything boxed up in a 1br apartment. It took over 3 hours JUST for loading. I've used other (more expensive) movers in the past and they were able to load in one third the time.
