  • If I could give it NEGATIVE Stars I would.. How horrific, and I didn't even move!!! Just dealing with their BS was enough to make me cancel with them. A month ago I entered in my info to some website for moving and the next day I was receiving phone calls to help move must stuff. I picked ELITE because they seemed to be very polite and it seemed they were reputable. I read all their info they sent via email and it seemed legit... They also told me I could cancel at any time 2 days prior to the move. I paid the $100 deposit and kept on going with life. I decided to read the reviews one day and I was horrified. I called them up and asked to cancel my move. They went NUTS on me!!! They told me I had to speak with the Manager.. who never returned my phone calls for 3 days.. Finally I got a hold of him and he gives me a long run around about this, that, and the other.. I just wanted my money back.. this should not be so hard when your policy says you will refund the deposit up until 2 days prior to the move date. After a lot of teeth pulling and arguing, he says "yeah I refunded your money" ( the attitude this man had was RIDICULOUS). 5 days later and I still do not see the money refuded to my credit card. I call the manager back up and said I want it in writing that I called to ask for my refund. BLAH BLAH BLAH (same old BS that I got the last time). Again after some teeth pulling he sends me an email that they are processing the cancelation. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!
