  • Came in for an oil change and got "the works" package. The entire process was straight forward and was in and out in about an hour. I met the service adviser Mark Ingahart upon arrival and some how we ended up having a great conversation about his days in Alaska as a bush pilot. The hat I wore sparked alot a great memories for him and me and my time up there . The waiting area could use better refreshments for those waiting. I was from out of town and was worried about doing preventative maintenance away from home. But it all worked out. BTW I came here because they had better Google reviews then the Ford dealer next to our hotel in Copley. Last point they even gave my car a quick wash for the next 3000 miles of our vacation.
