  • I went to the office and Summerlin, and I was never treated so badly. I walked in and signed and the receptionist did not even say HI. I sat and waited for 30 minutes, I had an appt. The office only had about 4 people in the waiting room. They were not happy. They finally called me when I was the last one in the room. The man before, they did not even know his name, he said I signed in. Then when they called me after my wait, she said"Could you fill out this paperwork", after I had been sitting there do nothing. Now she wanted me to spend another 20 minutes filling out paperwork I could have done, if she had bothered to ask why I was there in the first place. When I said this to her, some man came around the corner, like a mother bear, and started yelling at me, told me to get out.
