  • Don't waste your time with this organization. After scheduling a pick up 1 week in advance and told that I need to be home between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, i get a phone call on pick up day advising that they don't take what I want to donate! So unorganized and seemingly impossible for them to tell me this BEFORE pick up day....like perhaps when they reviewed the order and called to verify pick up time?? Never again and will be sure to walk past those bell ringers!
