it is understandable that this place has to make money. but over looking an expired identification should be illegal on their part. my mother got a car from them but they said since she doesn't bring in enough income it would be best to put my father on it which is her husband. my father doesn't have a license. he has an identification card that is expired. my father hasn't drove since 2007. i would like to know why would you want to take the information from someone who is not registered to drive a vehicle. i've never knew that could be possible to sell someone a car who doesn't have a license. my mother unfortunately was desperate for a car so she sat back and let it play-out.
my theory is that the knew the loan wouldn't be approved so they took my fathers information to make a sale. they could have used my mothers information, someone who has a valid license, and used my father as a co-signer because he has more income.
obviously the manger, whoever she was, knew of what her new employee did. she was aware of the serious mistake and stood her ground, also didn't want to admit the wrong doing he did when it came to looking past the expired identification and that he doesn't have a license. they wanted to desperately make a sale, have my mother drive away with the car and take advantage of that restocking fee.
i would give this place a negative 3 stars because of their dishonesty, omission, and their careless ways.
