  • The sales person who greeted us was very rude. He asked what kind of cushions we were looking for and, when I said 'chair', he acted exasperated and said he needed the measurements in a way that made me feel like he thought I an idiot. The person with me looked at him with surprise and told me afterward that she almost said 'excuse me' because of how he spoke. I actually had the measurements and he then said the cushions would have to be custom made. We thanked him and left and will never go back to that store.
