| - You know, there's such a thing as closing your business RESPONSIBLY. For someone totally unfamiliar with Brecksville, there would be no way to know that your store is actually CLOSED FOR GOOD. On your Google business page, it says that your store is open -- like right this minute. Also, your voicemail recording says that you can't answer because you are assisting another customer. These kinds of things leads one to, very reasonably, believe that you are indeed open.
A few days ago, I had an afternoon off and decided to drive out to your store. My GPS kept telling me that I had arrived at the destination, but there was nothing in the Marc's plaza that resembled a pet store. I circled the plaza over and over. Finally, I walked into the CVS store to ask for directions, and the very kind folks in there told me that you guys had closed down.
Really? You didn't bother to update your info on the web? I mean how irresponsible. (No wonder you're closed.) Your voicemail box is also full, so I couldn't even leave a message to comment on this lousiness.
