I purchased two new units from Diamondback Air two years ago. John was very helpful then. I needed service as the master side unit went down, service guy came out was here about 20 minutes replaced a part said " Oh I know it will work now I am the warranty man for the east valley on Amana" well the next day it was broke again. I called and Olivia said between 8-10 in the morning at 11 she said between 12 and 2 at 6 pm she said by 8 8:30 at 9 she said he was 15 minutes away. Well now 10:20 and he calls to say he can't get in and will have John here between 8 and 10 in the morning really!! So if you are replacing they will talk but don't expect service. I did tell her that my husband was very sick and I really needed it working as he is in a hospital bed in the living room. Oh well lesson learned I guess.
