  • Not my favorite jewelry store. Like the other reviewer, I feel like they write me up as young and don't pay me much attention unless I very specifically ask them for help. Or maybe the staff simply isn't friendly or welcoming. On another note, they have good prices for appraisals (30-50% less than Jared), but there's a trade off - they appraise your jewelry for 15-25% less than Jared would. So I guess you get what you pay for in terms of appraisals. This store has lots of pretty, high-end, designer jewelry, but as for purchasing it, I'd rather go to a store with friendly employees with whom I can make a lasting relationship.
