| - This is not the best burger in Pittsburgh. That honor goes to Tessaro's, and I've never been anywhere that comes close. It's not the second best burger in Pittbsurgh, which is probably Burgatory. It would be a tough argument to make for number three, but I think it deserves consideration in the top five and easily beats out many of the places I have heard mentioned as having top five burgers like BRGR and Eleven. The burgers are juicy and almost creamy. They do a pretty good job, which most places don't, of actually giving me a real rare burger. The topping are phenominal: great selection of high quality cheeses, great bacon and sauteed mushrooms and onions. The bun is also good. They also have fresh cut fries, which they do very well. This is very important, since many places (BRGR for instnace) will hurt a good burger with fries that aren't fresh cut. Also, if you are carb or health conscious, you can get your burger with a side salad, which I've done before. Their salads are nothing special, but they use good field greens with a nice balsamic vinagrette. The salad was only greens, which I thought was a fine complement to the burger. I really like the Industry Public House Copper Ale, which they presumably brew themselves. At $4 it's a fair price for a good craft beer. I like the atmosphere, but the chairs are defenitely a little uncomfortable--Henry Clay Frick would not have been happy with having to sit on them. When I was there last they had many televisions, but not one was playing the Buccos game! I asked our waitress, who was very nice and receptive to my request, and the game came on several of the televeisions in a matter of minutes!
