| - I go to Place Vertu once every few months for a few years now. There used to be a K-mart, a The Bay, and a Target in this mall but these businesses have either gone bankrupt or left the mall. I believe that the largest retailers in this mall now are Canadian Tire, Sears, Winners, and Adonis grocery store.
There is free wireless in the food court. The food court has a wide variety of food. The restaurants that I will normally order things from include Tiki-Ming, Kojax, Thai Express, & Subway). There is a McDonald's and a Tim Hortons in this mall as well as a Scores restaurant.
This mall also has the 2 banks that I generally deal with (there are 3 banks in the mall: RBC, TD Canada Trust, & CIBC).
There is also a Dollarstore (Dollarama) in this mall that I've also gone to on occasion to purchase some chips and candy.
The mall has plenty of parking except probably around Christmas when the parking lot is generally filled up. The mall is also easily accessible by public transit with many buses stopping close to this mall. The 121 bus is the easiest bus to use to get to this mall since you get on the bus (heading west on Cote Vertu) and it takes you right in front of the mall but I've also taken the 171 and the 128. If coming by metro, you would only have to exit on Cote Vertu metro and line up on Cote Vertu's 121 bus stop heading west (the one heading towards the McDonald's across the street from the metro). If you exit Cote Vertu metro and you're in front of Cote Vertu Bouldevard and see the bus 121 stop but you are on the side of the A&W restaurant, you are on the wrong side of the street since this 121 is heading eastward.
I don't really have any issues with this mall and give them 4 stars.
