  • This hotel is outdated. I feel like I'm in an episode of Golden Girls with the outdated furniture. I take a shower and have to call maintenance because my drain clogs up all the way to my ankles while I'm showering. They fix my drain. Then today the light in my bathroom goes out so they have to fix that. Now I just had to call because there was a huge bug called a Stink bug in my so called living room on the curtain. They said if you kill it it stinks. I had to trap it in a glass, until maintenance arrived. This is not how platinum elite members should be treated. I've been 4 days and I'm supposed to be here 6 months. Not happy customer
