  • There basic membership is reasonably priced and the equipment is fair. However, I feel like they do a poor job explaining all the amenities that are included with each type of membership. I was told by a staff member when I signed up that 24 hr gym access was included with my membership. Found out months later that this wasn't the case. Looked online to find out more about what is exactly included with my membership and I couldn't find it outlined anywhere. Checked my contract and nothing is stated there either. Seems to me like they can just make up whatever rules they want and you can't even argue it since it isn't written anywhere. Talked to the manager about this and it didn't seem to bother him and was told that it must have been mentioned verbally at the time I signed up. I can tell you right now that it was never mentioned to me and honestly it made me even more mad and makes me question if I even want to be a member at all.
