| - If you need explanation for the nice trucks but shitty location, look to their price gouging. $110 tow, fair. But $80 to use dollies? Must buy a new set of dollies after they use them. Also a $10 fuel surcharge. Apparently they used 3-4 gallons of fuel towing my car. It was a 4 mile distance. Customer service wise....not very pleasant. I was waiting with some buddies who dropped me off, he spoke to us as if i brought a posse for a tustle. Doing business, I asked the proprietor to explain his pricing, the total was $205, $110 for the tow, the rest were needless surcharges and up charges aimed at padding his pockets, to which he rudely says he already told me the price. Not what I asked. I asked how he gets his price of $205. Half is the actual tow. The other half is his profit, he masks as bullshit charges and expenses. Margins must be tight if they charge for credit card. (Sarcasm) just know the money you pay goes to those nice pick ups they drive around all comfy preying on people's cars. Took him 45 mins to get my car out, so open 24 hours? Nah, more like whenever they feel like getting there to help you and legally rob you.
