  • This morning, around 5 after 7am, I go up to the drivethru waiting to order. I wait about 5 minutes, no one in line. I talk into the speaker multiple times, with no answer. Pissed, but still wanting food, I walk in. There's one girl there putting pastries into the case who refused to acknowledge my presence even though I'm the only person in line, no one else waiting on food. The manager on duty finally sees me and says he'll be a minute. 5 minutes later, no one helps me, and the girl is still putting away pastries, refusing to acknowledge my presence. I'm never coming back. Come on people, where's the customer service? Or is it just laziness?
