I would not recommend this place to a friend or family member. Had an appointment at 930am & a woman with a 945am appointment was taken before me. When I asked "why?" the girls at the front were short with me & rude, offering no explanation then began speaking to each other in Spanish. 25 minute wait to be seen with absolutely no one else in waiting room makes me question if they're understaffed or just slow. The triage nurse is a nice guy & this place is close to home so that's why I gave it one star. Ultimately, I would not recommend this place because Dr. Nilda doesn't seem to know anything in regards to some very general topics like medication effects, etc.
She also made some insensitive comments regarding mental health issues. Not only that, she just seems very clueless overall, often repeating questions & offering no helpful information.
She did her training in the Philippines & is very old fashioned on top of that. She caters more towards the Hispanic & Asian demographic also so there is a bit of a cultural difference in how you're treated if you don't come from that background. She speaks primarily Tagalog & Spanish. Just not the place for me, I feel like she doesn't take the time to really listen.
