Today is the second time I've tried to pick up prescriptions from this location. Day one (Friday) they claim they received one of two orders from doctor, doctor resent both, CVS still says only one came. Day two (Monday) finally get CVS to fill both prescriptions. Great. Go to pick up and it's all down hill. One prescription is correct, the second prescription (for me) was somehow filled in my husband's name so they can't release it to me. After waiting to get another mistake fixed, now they say their computer has lost my insurance information and it's defaulting to an out of state address - so they've also lost my current ID they had on file. They've also lost records of my past prescriptions. The only thing the technician or pharmacist had to say was they were just filling in and couldn't tel me anything. Frustrating, to say the least, when I need this medicine. Get it together!!
