  • Such a nice man helped us today putting in our new water heater. He walked us through all the problems with the old one and told us ways to prevent the same thing from happening. His name was Jeff D. and he even took $100 out of his own paycheck to help lower the price for us. He didn't mind us talking to him while he worked and he conversed back. Such an awesome experience. We would definitely go through Roto Rooter again over and over.
