  • STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These people are liars and crooks. They make promises that they cannot keep. My husband and I went in knowing we wanted to buy a bunk bed for my daughter who was out of town with her grandma. We went in on 7/15/17- and told MARIA the owner that we were looking for something to be expedited so we can surprise our daughter when she came home. Maria showed us a bed that "she could have this bed to us in THREE days." Our daughter was coming home on Thursday and Maria said she could have the bed delivered by Friday, SATURDAY at the latest. My daughter has been home and has been talking non stop about her bunk bed.. after waiting until today (Saturday, the 22nd) we decided to call to follow up. We spoke to a sales rep that couldn't even find our order.. that's because Maria wrote the date wrong on the invoice. She put 7/15 when we purchased and have our receipt from 7/14. When the sales rep finally found our order, she said ok Maria will call the warehouse and give you a call in a few mins. Half an hour passed and no call so I decided to follow up because I was getting nervous due to all their other negative reviews. Called about 4 times and no one picked up. I tried calling the Glendale location and surprise! Maria picked up. She started that the bed has not arrived yet. She blatantly kept lying and stated she told us it would take longer. I advised her that was not what was said when we purchased. Maria is so unprofessional and will do anything to make a quick sale. We are disputing this with our bank because we did not receive the product we purchased. I feel bad for any parents with children purchasing from here as they are truly horrible people.
