  • Received some very ill-fitting, poor quality $40 T-shirts as a birthday present. Attempted to exchange these for a different item directly thru Duluth trading co and was informed I would be charged $7.99 for the privilege of doing so. Ridiculous policy considering the fact that 99% of online mail-order companies have no such return/exchange fees. Very poor customer service!!!!!
