| - It's just okay.
First meal in Vegas after checking into Caesars. Love the location, and the service was excellent. The food was just okay though, and FYI, I think the menu online is outdated.
I got the Hell Burger, which was a spicy beef burger with jalapenos and habanero. It had a delicious smokey flavor, a nice bit of heat to it, and it was juicy. The patty was perfectly round though, so it makes me wonder if they were using prepackaged food or not. Nothing on the menu said fresh, hand-made patties though, so can't blame them if they aren't. Gordon Ramsay wouldn't expect any less though. The fries were really good though.
My gf got the classic fish and chips. We both agreed that the fish was perfectly breaded as it was light and crispy, but the fish itself was plain. You really had to dip it in the sauces to give it any flavor. Not sure if this how it's supposed to be or not. They also give you wedge fries, which weren't as good as the shoe string fries I got with the burger.
The best thing we got was the lobster roll starter. I love the buttery, toasted bread that it comes on, and the lobster is the cold style type. It was very refreshing, and was topped generously with lobster, so you got a lot of flavor in every bite.
I'd probably try the other places in the area before coming back here, but that doesn't mean this was a bad spot.
