  • This is a typical "old school" steakhouse with a modern menu. The bar was very nice and they pour good strong drinks. I recommend the Moscow Mule with Jameson. We were seated in a very loud room. I realize this is Las Vegas but it was ridiculous. I think if we had told them we wanted to have a more quiet room from the start they would have seated us differently. Our server was efficient and very friendly. The wine steward spent a good amount of time with us and really helped us pick a great wine. The seafood tower was very good. We ordered 2 because there were 4 of us and everyone had plenty. We did notice that, while delicious, the crab tasted frozen. Ok its the desert not Alaska we get it. Our steaks were delicious and the sides were huge. Enough to share. We had buttercake for desert which was great and of course we shared it. Even the coffee was good. So you may wonder why not a "5 star" rating. Well, one of the steaks (rib eye) came out and it was shaped like a rib eye except for a very large triangular piece had been cut from the edge of part of the steak. It made the steak look very unappealing and sort of like it was had a problem area and thats why it had been trimmed. It also was sort of dry looking. When questioned the server stated she thought it might have been marbling that had melted during cooking but if we didn't want it she would replace it. Which they did and I must say they did it rapidly and they brought out a lovely piece of steak on the second try. My issue is that a restaurant that prides themselves on service and quality should have never placed that odd steak in front of a customer...from the cook to the server they knew it was weird and should have sent it back. If that had happened they would have gotten their "5". Maybe next time. Hope you enjoy the James Bond Wine table if you go!!
