Tried this somewhat hidden joint tonight for dinner! The prices were slightly higher than what we normally pay ($60 for two) but the sushi was good and well worth it! We weren't expecting much when we walked in since there were about 10 tables and only a few people inside, but after we were seated the restaurant filled up and had a few turn overs and lots of people taking out.
We opted for the lobster roll, Chirashi don, and sushi/sashimi/tempura bento box.
The sushi and sashimi was fresh, and they had many different kinds of rolls to choose from. They offered sushi rolls without rice and more unique rolls like torched rolls, deep fried rolls and a large variety of fish.
On top of what we ordered, they offered us tempura noodle soup, Edamame and miso soup on the house.
I was particularly fond of their tempura tonight. Everything was fried perfectly with the right about of crisp and no soggy oiliness that you get at some places.
All in all it was a good experience. I will probably go back during lunch though, since the prices are significantly cheaper then!
