  • Worst experience ever... Customer Services are horrible.. The manager on duty was useless.. So glad I wasted many hours on dealing with something so simple... Thankgod my one year Service is up, Won't ever do business with them ever again!!!!! Time warner is not worth your energy, time, and money, if u like to deal with headaches, then do business with them other wise go somewhere else!!!
